Airport And County Fair

We drove up to the Airport on our way to the Fair yesterday.
Things sure have changed since we were regular customers there.
The house where Johnny and Bootsie lived has been taken down and you can't see where it had been.

There were maybe 5 airplanes tied down, and I don't know how many were in hangers.

This was on our way back out.

The runway is still being put in the way it looks, and I guess Lois will be able to land the Citation X there eventually!

Yesterday was Senior Day at the Garrett County Fair, and we got in free. They had something going for the seniors in the Stage Building. The Seniors brought in by bus got their lunches brought to them by the ones in charge of the bus load.

Several little girls helped with giving every senior there a necklace.

Doris (Opel) Cooper was in charge of "dishing out" things to the seniors.

They had balloons with tickets in them that they popped for us and we won whatever was on the ticket. Markel won a Taco Salad.

I got a free milkshake from one of the food booths. Maybe we will go again next year on Tuesday for free "stuff"!
