This is a plant that came up this year in the Rock Garden, and is now in bloom. Lois, do you know what it is? I think it is probably one you planted there for me.

It's some kind of allium, and a quick Google search for images makes me think it might be allium christophii, "Star of Persia".
P.S. But I don't remember planting it.
