Julie and Asa are still here and Deb and Kendall arrived in town this afternoon, so we had a cookout at Ken and Phebe's house. The weather was perfect for outside eating. We have had so much rainthe last several days but today it was dry.
Asa, Rachel and Emma played in the "turtle" sandbox after eating, and ended up getting a bath afterwards because they had sand in their hair, sand in their clothes, sand all over them!
Phebe took Rachel, turned her upside down and gave her a good shake, and the sand fell out of her hair!
