Yesterday morning Julia decided to NOT leave for VA, since the weather was not pleasant to drive in, and the forecast was not sounding too favorable, so Asa was out playing in the snow.
The kids snuggled under the Steeler's blanket with Pa.
After Phebe left with Emma for a dentist appointment, Julia bundled up the kids and herself (with Jason's coverallls), and took them sledding.
Asa, Rachel and Noah got on the sled with Julia's help, and went for Asa's first sled ride, and Noah's first "play in the snow" day.
While they were doing that, Evan took a snooze insde (in the nice warm house)!
After they came in from outside, there was hot chocolate and cinnamon rolls for Asa and Rachel. Their checks were a rosy red!
Noah was such a big help by putting Evan's pacifier in his mouth for him!
