Today after lunch, Bill showed up with his saw and pickup, and cut some of the trees that needed cutting up behind the house.
Bill and Markel loaded the truck with logs ready for the fireplace, and loaded them on the pickup.
They stacked it on the back porch ready to burn in the fireplace on cold, wintery, blustery days this winter! He will be back some other time to work on it again.
It feels so good to have the logs handy for burning the next day we have snow flying!
