I was at Aunt Fannie's house again today. I went mostly for the noon meal! It was really good! They had decided each person brings something "old fashioned" for a meal for those who gathered there to quilt today, and I went for the meal!!! I put a few stitches in the quilt!
When I left, Hilda (back to quilt), Ida Marie, Ida and Esther (back to quilt) were sitting around the quilt, quilting. Sophie (Esther's dog) was on the floor somewhere (probably by Esther's feet).
As I left, I looked out the window close to where Ida was sitting, and it is plain to see that the Fall colors are appearing in the leaves on the trees. This picture does not do justice to the red colors the leaves were showing!
