Today we had the girls here to help decorate the Christmas tree. Pa helped with the very top things, like the angel tree-topper.
One of the candy canes dropped to the floor and broke, so Emma thought we had better eat it! Oh, what a sweet, sticky, gooey mess, but soooooo good !
Rachel loved to put the candy canes on the tree!
Here the tree is all decked out, the last of the Christmas things to decorate. This year there are three candles at the windows instead of the colored lights since we have some new windows, and I didn't want to put any push pins or straight pins in the new wood like I had in the old ones!
