On Saturday evening, Walter, Lorene, Markel and I went to Bittinger Firehall for their BBQ Chicken meal. After that we stopped in at Alva and Lucy's house. Lucy said we should go over to the "other part", and she will work on hemming the quilt she is working on.
This is the last one of the "feed bag" quilts they are doing for a lady. Lucy cut the blocks, the other ladies quilted, and Lucy hemmed eleven quilts for the lady.
Here she is putting in the last stitch in the last (11th) one. Of course Toby ( Alva's little dog) had to get in on the act, too!
