Tonight we had a very good dinner including Roast Beef, Roasted Chicken, Vegetable and Cheese Trays, Salad, Mashed White Potatoes, Mashed Sweet Potatoes, Bread, (am I missing something?), and for Dessert - Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream, Low Carb Chocolate Ice Cream, Spice Cake, and No Sugar Added Frozen Peanut Butter Pie. Was it ever good! Like Lucy said- "Phebe knows how to cook"! We were at Ken and Phebe (Emma and Rachel)'s house for the dinner we had bought as a fund-raiser. We sat around the table, Markel and I (with our backs to the camera), L-R Eva Jean & Harold, Alva & Lucy, Lorene and Walter, and Anna.
