Yesterday the Mausts (Walter, Lorene, Anna, Harold, Eva Jean , Markel and I) went to visit Uncle Ira and Aunt Mary in WV. Uncle Ira is not doing too badly for a 93 year old man !!! He has a broken right elbow (and in a cast), and it is harder for him to get around than it used to be, but he is doing all right. In the picture are: Markel, Walter, Harold and Uncle Ira.
The women sat in the living room with Aunt Mary. (Anna, Eva Jean and Lorene). We visited for a little while, until it seemed Aunt Mary was getting a little tired.
While we were there, David stopped by with Mason, and Aunt Mary talked with Mason for a little while.
The birds were at the feeders outside the living room windows. The Rose Breasted Gross Beaks, Finches, Blue Jays, Baltimore Orioles, and the hummer showed up for the first time this year. So pretty looking out the window!
The Baltimore Oriole looked so pretty sitting among the flowering tree !
We left, stopped to eat at Denny's in Oakland, and played part of a game of Mexican Train at Harold's. What a full day !!!
