This is not a good picture of people on the porch of The Casselman at the bell ringing on New Year's Eve at midnight, but I am not sure how to take out just this picture, and this is the last one they let me post for this time, so I will leave it here.
Yes, Kristen DID make it till after the bell ringing and the refreshments this year! Quite an accomplishment, girl !
New Year's Day at our house. Urbane is chosen to read the Christmas story from Luke chapter 2 this year before we open our gifts.

Emma, Kristen, Asa, April, Sarah and Rachel watching "Dora" that was recorded and played on the new TV in our bedroom that Jason gave as a gift.
That show was watched quite a while, and the naps were very short, or not at all in the afternoon.
Daisy, the Service Dog for my neice, Naomi, slept through a lot in the afternoon.
Asa and Rachel, playing with one of the empty boxes, which made good "toys" for the little ones.I will try to post more pictures later some time when it lets me upload some again.
